Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,570 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC24C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBD1, ECD, and ANXA7. Each is linked with SEC24C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24C versus PCBD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
