SEC24C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24C-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, C-Raf_pS338, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with SEC24C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by SEC24C-low versus SEC24C-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
