Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,106 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP6, SEC24B_S1224, and MRPS10. Each is linked with SEC24B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24B results are reported.
