Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC24B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC24B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR3, UBE2D3, and INTS12. Each is linked with SEC24B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC24B versus LAMTOR3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
