SEC24B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,108 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC24B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, DNA alkylation repair, and Vesicle budding from membrane. Each is linked with SEC24B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport grouped by SEC24B-low versus SEC24B-high in KIDNEY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
