Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC24B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC24B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCP1, OR13C5, and NPVF. Each is linked with SEC24B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC24B-to-partner and partner-to-SEC24B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCP1 grouped by SEC24B-low versus SEC24B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC24B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC24B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
