Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23IP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,934 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC23IP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC2, TEX10, and CEP78. Each is linked with SEC23IP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23IP-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23IP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC23IP versus EXOSC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
