SEC23IP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC23IP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,786 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC23IP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SEC23IP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23IP-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23IP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Viral translational termination-reinitiation grouped by SEC23IP-low versus SEC23IP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23IP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23IP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
