SEC23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,700 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC23A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, PLOD1, and MAP4K5. Each is linked with SEC23A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC23A versus SEC23B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
