Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC23A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,539 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, COL12A1, and COL5A1. Each is linked with SEC23A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC23A versus COL1A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
