Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,030 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle cargo loading, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Spliceosome-depend formation of circular RNA. Each is linked with SEC23A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC23A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC23A results are reported.
