SEC22C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,447 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, TOP2B, and RBSN. Each is linked with SEC22C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC22C versus QRICH1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
