SEC22C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Ku80, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with SEC22C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SEC22C-low versus SEC22C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
