The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SEC22B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC22B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where SEC22B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
