SEC22A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,066 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF148, GSK3B, and UMPS. Each is linked with SEC22A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC22A versus ZNF148 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
