Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,167 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPN1, COPG1, and SEC61A1. Each is linked with SEC22A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC22A versus RPN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
