Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,950 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOLGB1, SEC61A1, and SEC62_T158. Each is linked with SEC22A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22A results are reported.
