SEC22A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC22A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC22A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 14-3-3_beta, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with SEC22A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC22A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC22A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by SEC22A-low versus SEC22A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC22A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC22A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
