SEC1P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC1P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are XKRY2, RNA5SP533, and ZBTB8OSP1. Each is linked with SEC1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC1P-to-partner and partner-to-SEC1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XKRY2 grouped by SEC1P-low versus SEC1P-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
