SEC16A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC16A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,919 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC16A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FUBP3, GOLGA2, and MRRF. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC16A versus FUBP3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
