Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC16A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANS, EDF1, and ALG2. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC16A versus NANS in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
