The most reproducible SEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, INPP4B, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.
