Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC16A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,068 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC16A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, RNA export from nucleus, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.
