SEC16A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC16A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,029 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS38, CCR8, and ZNF584. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS38 grouped by SEC16A-low versus SEC16A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
