Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC14L5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEC14L5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher SEC14L5 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC14L5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, SCLC, and READ are the cancer types where SEC14L5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
