SEC14L5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC14L5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L5-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-8, TEX50, and FAM187B. Each is linked with SEC14L5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L5-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-8 grouped by SEC14L5-low versus SEC14L5-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
