SEC14L4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC14L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 847 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Protein localization to nucleus, and Response to ionizing radiation. Each is linked with SEC14L4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L4-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by SEC14L4-low versus SEC14L4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
