SEC14L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,280 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74B, CDHR4, and ZBBX. Each is linked with SEC14L3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L3-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L3 versus LRRC74B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
