SEC14L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,538 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX5, RRAD, and HSPB6. Each is linked with SEC14L3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L3-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L3 versus SNX5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
