Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,109 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, MSLN, and BCAT2. Each is linked with SEC14L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L3-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L3 results are reported.
