Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC14L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, SNORD105B, and MIR190B. Each is linked with SEC14L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L3-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by SEC14L3-low versus SEC14L3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
