Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC14L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEC14L2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SEC14L2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC14L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SCLC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SEC14L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
