Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,174 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC14L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC14L2_T401, ITGAV, and SH3BP4. Each is linked with SEC14L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L2 versus SEC14L2_T401 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
