Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC14L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDC4, RNF215, and SGO1. Each is linked with SEC14L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L2 versus SDC4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
