SEC14L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, Tuberin, and ATM. Each is linked with SEC14L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by SEC14L2-low versus SEC14L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
