Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC14L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,958 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Barbed-end actin filament capping, Positive regulation of protein processing, and Wound healing. Each is linked with SEC14L2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L2 results are reported.
