SEC14L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,448 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1_S41, ARHGAP24_S391, and ARHGAP31_S1432. Each is linked with SEC14L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L1 versus RASIP1_S41 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
