SEC14L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,461 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAP2L, PPOX, and CHTOP. Each is linked with SEC14L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L1 versus UBAP2L in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
