Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RITA1, KMT5A, and CDCA2. Each is linked with SEC14L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L1 results are reported.
