Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC14L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,441 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RIG-I signaling pathway, Regulation of hippo signaling, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with SEC14L1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L1 results are reported.
