SEC14L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC14L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTEB2, CFHR2, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with SEC14L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L1-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTEB2 grouped by SEC14L1-low versus SEC14L1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
