Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEBOX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEBOX data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher SEBOX Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEBOX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where SEBOX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
