Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,700 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX14, CYB561D2, and TWF2. Each is linked with SDSL in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDSL-to-partner and partner-to-SDSL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDSL versus COX14 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
