Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,315 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF213, TPCN1, and KCTD15. Each is linked with SDSL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDSL-to-partner and partner-to-SDSL results are reported.
