Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDR42E1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,574 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR42E1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Growth hormone receptor signaling pathway via JAK-STAT, Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with SDR42E1P5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR42E1P5-to-partner and partner-to-SDR42E1P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Growth hormone receptor signaling pathway via JAK-STAT grouped by SDR42E1P5-low versus SDR42E1P5-high in DLBC.
