The most reproducible SDR42E1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Forebrain cell migration, Regulation of dendrite development, and Regulation of antifungal innate immune response. Each is linked with SDR42E1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR42E1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SDR42E1P2 results are reported.
