Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDR42E1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR42E1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD7, CD1A, and BPI. Each is linked with SDR42E1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR42E1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SDR42E1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRMD7 grouped by SDR42E1P1-low versus SDR42E1P1-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDR42E1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDR42E1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
