Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SDR39U1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SDR39U1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher SDR39U1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SDR39U1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, BRCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where SDR39U1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
