Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SDK1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SDK1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SDK1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SDK1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, DLBC, and HNSC are the cancer types where SDK1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
