SDK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,682 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDK1-AS1, ZNF462, and DCHS1. Each is linked with SDK1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK1-to-partner and partner-to-SDK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDK1 versus SDK1-AS1 in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
